Hi, I’m Roxana
I’m The Metamorphosis Coach, your bilingual communication & leadership coach, linguist, filmmaker, and shadow work guide.
Born in Italy and raised between cultures, I’m a native English speaker who understands what it’s like to feel fluent—but not fully free—in a second language.
Before becoming a certified coach, I worked in the film industry alongside renowned directors like Ermanno Olmi, Ferzan Ozpetek, Sergio Castellitto, and the producer of The Full Monty. Today, I bring that expressive power into my coaching—helping multilingual professionals speak with confidence, authenticity, and presence in English.
With over 10,000 hours of teaching experience and deep training in linguistics, neurolinguistics, deprogramming, and Buddhist practice, I guide clients through a transformational journey that goes far beyond presentation skills.
